• Payment confirmations from our payment processor (we never store card numbers).
• Technical data such as IP address and device information, used for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

• To process bookings and issue your QR entry ticket.
• To send booking confirmations and essential service emails.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Network International. Card details are entered on the processor’s secure hosted page and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Data retention & your rights

We keep booking records for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
