Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every Summer Glow session to be great. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for court bookings.

Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before your slot: full refund to the original payment method.
• Within 24 hours of your slot: the booking is non-refundable, but you may reschedule once, subject to availability.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original card via Network International and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations by us

If we cancel a session (for example due to weather or maintenance), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.
