Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Space42 Arena booking platform and attendance at the Summer Glow — Neon Padel Experience. By booking, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings

• A court is reserved only once payment is completed; held slots expire if payment is not finished in time.
• Sessions are available in 60, 90, or 120 minute durations, subject to availability.
• Each confirmed booking is issued a unique QR ticket required for entry.

Conduct & safety

• Arrive on time; sessions start and end at the booked slot.
• Follow venue safety rules and staff instructions at all times.
• We may refuse entry or end a session for unsafe or abusive behaviour.

Liability

Participation in padel involves physical activity. You play at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Space42 Arena is not liable for injury or loss except where caused by our negligence.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
